Research & Design concept for a text based conversational agent (chatbot) for Honda Motors.

what i did

I worked on new product concepts for Honda Motors and contributed in UX Research, and owned the design of integrating of agent in the HondaLink iOS App, closely collaborating with Product Managers, fellow designers, VP of R&D, and Engineers.

context

Digital Assisted Virtual Engineer (DAVE) is a virtual online agent Honda created in conjunction with IBM's Watson artificial intelligence system in 2017. Dave was designed to answer consumer questions about Honda and Acura recalls 24/7. Due to success of the 'Ask Dave' project, we decided to extend it as a product feature in the HondaLink iOS app.
