A text based conversational agent (chatbot) for HondaLink iOS App (23,000 users around the world) that would help our users to fix car maintenance issues faster and cheaper.
MY ROLE
I was fortunate to work in the Honda Research Lab, as I got to experiment with multiple new ideas and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams. We were operating like a startup inside Honda. This project was part of my work in the Growth space at Honda Research, where I designed the Enterprise Web app for Honda Dealerships and worked primarily on App Dashboards.
